Pre-School Gymnastics

Our PreSchool gymnastics sessions deliver fun classes for children aged from 3 years to school age. Children will experience a 45 minute, structured session working with our qualified and pre-school coaches. Parents must stay on-site for the duration of the sessions, but do not participate in the class.

These sessions allow children to safely explore our gymnastics equipment through interactive themes as well as including work to music and work with hand apparatus. Preschool gymnastics is fantastic for building children’s confidence, by encouraging them to communicate, use their imagination and explore new movements and activities.

Gymnasts will work along an award scheme celebrating their success and progression.

These classes are perfect to assist in preparation for starting school or progressing to our after-school general gymnastics classes.
