Coaches work to improve children’s strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination through engaging and progressive activities. Our general classes are open to children of all abilities and aim to improve participants confidence whilst having fun. Gymnasts work along an awards scheme and have the opportunity to participate in our annual internal competition.
